Task Management

Usually you get a lot of tasks out of you paperwork. There are bills to pay, papers to fill out and send them to someone, appointments to go to, you name it. And some of them can get quite complex.
Lets look at a typical cascading task when someone hit your car. Immediately after the accident you have to call the police and medical aid if someone is injured, exchange insurance information, document what happened for the insurance (you'd better, even if you think everything is obvious), call for a towing service and maybe another insurance that will pay it if your car is too damaged. Get a rental car... and all that is just the easy part where a checklist may help you.

It gets much more complex after that: You need an estimate of the costs from your garage. When you have that you have to send it to the insurance of the other party and you have to find out who pays for the rental car, than. When the insurance make their offer you have to decide how you go on, later on get your car (or maybe you even have to buy a new one) send the invoice to the insurance and if you are unlucky you may even have to get an attorney...
… well you see what I mean. The Task Management will help you to organize chains of tasks and decisions like that and the suite makes it easy for you to find the addresses and the insurance contracts  you need. There are also reoccurring tasks like the tax reports once a year, visits to doctors of which you also will be reminded and you can organize them (to visit the doctor you may need to make an appointment first, than actually visit them).
